Requirements

  • Outstanding Phone Presence: Friendly, warm, and professional demeanor to create a positive caller experience.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication abilities to interact with potential and existing clients, medical providers, and referral sources.
  • Reliability: Consistent and dependable with a strong commitment to answering phones and supporting operations.
  • Tech Comfort: Proficient with learning new systems such as Filevine, Lead Docket, and RingCentral.

Nice To Haves

  • Cultural Fit: Enjoys working in a collaborative and relationship-driven environment.
  • Marketing Interest: A passion for social media and content creation is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route all inbound calls to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Gather and record detailed information from new client inquiries, building trust and guiding conversations.
  • Serve as additional support during peak call times to maintain seamless client service.
  • Manage incoming mail, including scanning, naming, and routing documents accurately.
  • Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and communication support as needed.
  • Contribute to organic social media posting and assist with brand engagement initiatives.
