About The Position
Emerest Health of PA is seeking an Intake Specialist for their Huntingdon, PA location. This is not a remote position and requires the candidate to be located in the state of PA. The role involves conducting quality assurance visits to clients' homes, performing initial intakes, conducting home assessments with clients and their families, and documenting findings.
Requirements
- 2+ years in homecare or healthcare (client-focused)
- Must be willing to travel within assigned coverage area.
- Must be in the state of PA.

Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance visits to clients' homes to assess the quality of care being provided and ensure compliance with agency standards.
- Conduct initial intakes and conduct home assessment with the client and their families.
- Perform quality assurance and supervisory visits.
- Document and report findings from quality assurance and supervisory visits.
