About The Position
A growing healthcare company is looking for an experienced Intake Director to lead and optimize its intake department. This person will oversee the referral-to-admission process from start to finish, drive revenue growth through smart patient placement, and make sure referrals convert into active cases without falling through the cracks.

Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of 4–5 intake professionals
- Collaborate with operations, coordination, and marketing teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding
- Oversee all referrals, eligibility verification, and authorization processes
- Maximize referral conversion rates and reduce lost opportunities
- Identify opportunities to optimize revenue through strategic plan placement and payer management
- Monitor intake performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Develop scalable systems and workflows to support company growth
