About The Position
Finch is building the infrastructure to make justice radically more accessible by automating administrative work and prioritizing clients, starting with personal injury. In just over a year, Finch has experienced significant growth, raised a $20M Series A, and become a preferred pre-litigation partner for top personal injury firms nationwide. The company combines expert operators with purpose-built AI to manage all aspects of pre-litigation, including intake, claim opening, medical records, lien management, and demands, with humans overseeing each case. Finch is backed by prominent investors and is seeking exceptional operators to help scale its services across the country. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and smooth flow of all incoming case data, acting as the first point of contact in the process to guarantee each case is set up correctly from the start for rapid progression through the system. The position requires maintaining a clean and reliable Case Management System through real-time validation, structuring, and updating of intake data. It is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and excel in fast-paced environments where precision is paramount.

- Adaptability and openness to evolving workflows and systems.
Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and enter new case information (client details, incident data, documentation) with a high level of precision.
- Ensure every new case is properly created, structured, and aligned with firm standards.
- Process intake updates quickly to keep cases moving without delays.
- Ensure alignment between intake tools, Finch, and partner firm systems.
- Partner with intake and operations teams to flag and fix missing or inconsistent data.
- Document updates and changes to maintain transparency and auditability.
- Look for ways to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency in intake workflows.
