We’re seeking a Intake Client Associate who is passionate about making a difference and driving impact. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work and help shape the future of care in the New York communities. We offer weekly pay between $22.00-$24.00 an hour! Office hours Monday -Friday 9am-5:30pm. The office address is: 148 39th St. Suite 19-4-BB Brooklyn, NY 11232.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two (2) years in client services, or a related role, with a focus on intake processes; experience in healthcare sales preferred.
  • Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to move, transport, or position: up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.

Nice To Haves

  • Medicaid, Waiver and Home Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience as a manager or team leader preferred.
  • Experience managing relationships with distribution partnerships and/or referral sources a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their business needs to drive account growth
  • Act as a representative for Edison a Help at Home Company within the community, enhancing brand awareness and supporting strategic business development initiative
  • Ensure efficient communication channels and procedures that streamline operations and enhance client and referral source management
  • Acquire, retain, and monitor key relationships with Case Managers for contribution towards meeting goals.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Understand their business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and drive account growth
  • Follow up on leads effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the database with all sales activities.
  • Actively engage with clients to ensure a timely admission process for start of services.
  • Support the onboarding, training, and continuous development of Intake Client Associates. Provide mentorship, feedback, and foster a culture of professional growth.
  • Facilitate collaboration with recruiting and onboarding teams to ensure consistency in best practices and communication across departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
