Friends of Switchpoint is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving individuals, families, and veterans experiencing poverty and homelessness in Utah since 2014. Our mission is to empower those in need by addressing the root causes of poverty, providing comprehensive plans, and supporting their journey to self-sufficiency. We envision a future where every individual embodies their worth and value, with restored self-esteem, hope, and abilities, thriving in affordable housing. The purpose of this role is to provide appropriate supporting housing services for homeless individuals or families, formulate case plans that promote moving towards self-sufficiency, understand available grants and community housing resources, and assist in locating affordable housing within the client's budget and grant guidelines. This position also includes other duties as assigned.
