Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office setting
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on client service
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable using office technology and software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- College degree, some college education, or current student status preferred
- Team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Inbound telemarketing experience
- Two years of experience in a law firm or similar setting
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Customer service background
