About The Position

Full Time Intake Assessment Registered RN NOC Shift (7p - 7:30p). This role involves patient evaluation, care facilitation, medication consent management, and collaboration with healthcare providers and referring hospitals. The position requires a valid RN/LPT license and proficiency in EMR/EHR systems. A rotating weekend schedule is expected.

Requirements

• Valid RN/LPT license
• Skilled in using EMR and EHR systems
• Experience in patient evaluation and care
• Capability to perform intake duties in an assessment capacity
• Associate degree (Required)
• RN License (Required)
• Day Shift (Required)
• Overnight Shift (Required)
• Ability to Relocate to Ventura, CA 93001 before starting work (Required)
• Pass pre-employment background check
• Pass post-offer drug screen & physical
