About The Position

Full Time Intake Assessment Registered RN NOC Shift (7p - 7:30p). This role involves performing intake duties in an assessment capacity, facilitating nurse-to-nurse and clinical referrals, managing medication consents and patient property, and collaborating with healthcare providers and referring hospitals. The position requires a valid RN/LPT license and proficiency in EMR/EHR systems.

Requirements

• Valid RN/LPT license
• Skilled in using EMR and EHR systems
• Experience in patient evaluation and care
• Capability to perform intake duties in an assessment capacity
• Ability to relocate to Ventura, CA 93001 before starting work
