Intake / Admissions Registered Nurse (RN)
About The Position
Turning Point Care Center has an opening for a full-time RN in the Intake/Admissions department. The RN promotes a therapeutic milieu and provides quality patient care. Collaborates with Clinical Services and other departments to accomplish the treatment goals of Turning Point. Our Intake/Admissions RNs work with potential patients, referral sources, and medical providers over the phone and with new patients in person. This position's schedule will be 4pm-4am with a 3/4 schedule. This position qualifys for shift differential pay. For more than 40 years, Turning Point Care Center has provided a place of healing and hope to adults who suffer from behavioral health disorders and/or substance abuse. We are committed to providing quality behavioral health care through our inpatient and outpatient gender specific programs in Moultrie, GA. Requirements
- Understanding of commercial and Medicare insurances
- Knowledge of patient level of care requirements
- Licensed by the State of Georgia (good standing) as a Registered Nurse/RN
- BLS/CPR Certified
