The developer, software integrator, participates in the integration of new systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.), the modification and development of new modules or bridges between the various systems used by employees. They also participate in the deployment and training of employees on these solutions.

Requirements

A DEC or a BAC in computer science, software engineering or other related field
5 years or more in ERP / CRM integration / development
A sense of analysis and problem-solving
Autonomy and initiative
Excellent communication and ability to popularize complex information
A sense of rigor and organization
Team spirit

Nice To Haves

Concrete experience in a Quebec manufacturing context
Participation in at least one complete ERP deployment project
Experience with third-party integrations (ERP, CRM, etc.)
Experience in developing a DataLake / LakeHouse and related reporting.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform and IaC (Infrastructure-as-Code)

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain and optimize ERP and CRM systems according to business needs.
Support the integration and data exchange between systems (SQL, API, EDI, ETL).
Support manufacturing processes (planning, inventories, purchasing, quality).
Produce reports and indicators to support decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams in a Microsoft 365 and multi-site environment.
