About The Position

This is a specialty insurance platform operating at scale across dealer solutions and underwriting programs, backed by one of the strongest balance sheets in the space. With operations centralized in Overland Park, the firm is actively building out its underwriting hub to support rapid growth across multiple product lines. The environment blends volume, complexity, and real-time execution inside a structure designed to move. You are stepping into the operational core of the underwriting engine. This role exists to ensure that data, process, and execution stay aligned as business flows through the system—from initial intake to ongoing lifecycle management. The endgame is simple: remove friction, maintain accuracy, and keep production underwriting moving at full speed without breakdowns in process.

Requirements

Experience inside an insurance agency, carrier, MGA, or program environment where workflow volume and deadlines are real.
Familiarity with policy systems, underwriting platforms, or high-volume data environments (insurance-specific exposure is preferred, not mandatory).
You operate comfortably in environments where accuracy is non-negotiable and timelines are tight.
You can move information forward—whether that’s internal teams or external partners—without creating drag in the system.

Responsibilities

Own the intake, setup, and movement of policy data as it enters the system, ensuring clean handoffs into underwriting.
Execute mid-term changes, endorsements, and policy updates with accuracy while maintaining full audit integrity.
Drive timelines around renewals, tracking missing data and keeping deals from stalling before effective dates.
Maintain clean, audit-ready records across internal platforms while solving data discrepancies in real time.
Manage a high-volume workflow without letting speed compromise detail or compliance standards.
