About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Insurance Software Developer to develop, customize, and integrate Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Guidewire Cloud solutions. The role calls for hands-on expertise in Gosu development, Guidewire integrations, product model configuration, and Guidewire Cloud upgrades. The position is 100% remote within the United States and is full-time, direct W2 employment. The stated salary range is $100,000–$150,000 per year. Candidates eligible to apply include U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates; new H-1B sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Guidewire development experience.
• Strong expertise in Gosu programming and the Guidewire data model.
• Experience customizing PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire integrations and Guidewire Cloud.
• Strong SQL, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice To Haves

• Guidewire ACE Certification.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud upgrades.
• Knowledge of DataHub, InfoCenter, or Digital Portals.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain experience.
