About The Position
AO Globe Life is looking for an Insurance Services Representative to help clients understand insurance coverage options that may support their families during unexpected events. This remote role involves meeting with prospective clients, identifying their needs, and providing clear education around life, supplemental health, and accident insurance. You will receive warm leads, comprehensive training, and ongoing coaching to support your success. Bilingual communication skills are welcomed.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent listening and customer-service ability
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits
- Comfortable using computers and online tools
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
