No Cold Calling — Remote Insurance Sales, Entry Level
About The Position
This is an entry-level remote insurance sales position where agents will never have to make cold calls. All client conversations begin because the client reached out first, inquiring about life insurance coverage via a form, direct call, or information request. The agent's role is to engage in the subsequent conversation, conducted via phone or Zoom. This role is supported by comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and access to over 60 carrier partnerships, ensuring a wide range of product options for client needs. New agents receive fundamental training on life insurance products, client conversation techniques, and objection handling. Mentorship is provided through initial calls and beyond to assist with challenging conversations.
Requirements
- U.S. residency required
- Must pass a background check
- Licensed for Life & Health insurance, or willing to obtain one
