Requirements
- Friendly, persuasive communicator with excellent sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
- Willing to obtain and maintain a Michigan insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty).

Responsibilities
- Grow revenue by prospecting, networking, and engaging with community contacts to generate leads and add to your sales pipeline.
- Educate clients about the full suite of Farmers insurance products (auto, home, life, business, specialty) through consultative selling.
- Assess client needs and present tailored insurance solutions for comprehensive protection and value.
- Oversee the complete sales process: source prospects, consult, present solutions, and close sales to build your client base.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships and earn referrals through exceptional customer service.
- Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals while providing outstanding client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends and product developments to remain competitive.
