Insurance Sales & Service Associate (Remote, Tech Startup)
About The Position
This role is focused on helping customers manage their car and home assets through insurance and other related services. Jerry.ai is developing an app to streamline the entire ownership experience, including insurance, repairs, financing, and maintenance, which are currently fragmented, complicated, and expensive. The work environment is fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented, and fully remote. Team members have opportunities to shape the customer experience as the product evolves, and the company offers competitive compensation and benefits. Requirements
- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
- Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.

Responsibilities
- Taking great care of our customers by identifying potential issues like coverage gaps, discounts they qualify for, or upcoming renewal price spikes.
- Answering inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders needing to make changes.
- Developing in-depth product knowledge to match customers with the right insurance policies from a large panel of providers and to navigate the constantly evolving app.
- Problem-solving to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage.
- Processing service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Providing feedback to improve the product based on customer interactions.
