Requirements

• Full-time availability with structured call blocks six days per week.
• Computer (Intel i5 or better, 16GB RAM), headset, and reliable internet (wired ethernet preferred; strong Wi-Fi or a USB internet dongle also acceptable).
• 30 to 60 days of financial runway for ramp-up.
• Active health or life insurance license (any state) is preferred, but not required to apply. Unlicensed applicants must obtain their home state license before training begins.
• Coachability and willingness to follow a proven system.
