Requirements

• Full-time availability with structured call blocks six days per week.
• Computer (Intel i5 or better, 16GB RAM), headset, and reliable internet (wired ethernet preferred; strong Wi-Fi or a USB internet dongle also acceptable).
• 30 to 60 days of financial runway for ramp-up.
• Active health or life license (any state) is preferred, but not required to apply. Unlicensed applicants must obtain their home state license before training begins.
• Willingness to follow a proven system.
• Coachability.

Responsibilities

• Act as an appointment setter, booking appointments for closers while learning the leads and conversations.
• Complete a training program on structured call blocks six days per week, utilizing the company's sales framework.
• Book and close own deals on a structured draw model based on a points program, plus full commissions and residuals.
• Build referral networks to generate additional opportunities.
• Turn every client interaction into multiple opportunities.
