Insurance Sales Representative / Training Provided
About The Position
The Assurance Group is seeking a consultative health and life insurance representative. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, integrity, and a desire to help people. While experienced insurance agents are welcome, no prior experience is necessary, and the company often prefers candidates from other industries such as bartending, serving, teaching, healthcare, or the military. The role involves representing life, health, and fixed index annuities. The position offers fresh leads at no cost, in-house appointment setters, a large carrier lineup, the freedom to manage your own hours, and comprehensive free training with ongoing support. This is a 100% commission 1099 role with a pathway to W2, and while leads and training are provided free, there is no base salary. Appointments are met in person with clients, making this not a fully remote role.
Requirements
- Teachable
- Self-motivated
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Life & Health License
- Reliable transportation
- Good with people
