Home Based Insurance Sales Representative
About The Position
The Delaney Agency is hiring remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives to help families who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. This is a fully online, 100% commission-based role suited to disciplined, coachable individuals comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment. Agents typically help 3–5 families per week and earn an average of $300–$500 per family served. Earnings are uncapped. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events. The agency provides resources and guidance to help applicants obtain a Life/Health Insurance License in as little as 7–10 days if they do not already hold one.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Have a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Have a computer and phone to service clients.
- Have a reliable internet connection.
- Be comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment.
- Be disciplined and accountable.
- Communicate honestly and confidently.
- Be passionate about helping families make sound financial decisions.
