Insurance Sales Representative - Entry Level
About The Position
biBerk, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking enthusiastic sales professionals to join and grow with their team. This is an entry-level position for recent college graduates interested in sales and insurance. biBerk will provide a property and casualty insurance licensing training course and exam. Upon passing, you will enter a monthly sales training class before becoming a biBerk sales agent. The position is an in-office role located in Omaha, NE. The planned start date is October 12, 2026, with licensing exam on October 30, 2026, and sales training starting November 2, 2026. Training will last approximately one month, concluding on December 4, 2026.
Requirements

- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree required
Responsibilities
- Maintaining sales goals and industry leading service standards
- Timely outreach to all inbound leads to include website applications and answering inbound calls
- Availability and dependability to multitask
