About The Position
Start a Career in Insurance — We Train You Our "Touch & Go" Fast-Start System. One of the biggest challenges for new insurance agents is getting licensed and then figuring out what to do next. We've built a coordinated Touch & Go system to reduce that gap. Once you're selected, you'll have a defined path through the process. No Insurance Experience? That's OK. You do not need previous insurance experience to apply. Our ideal candidate may come from: Retail, Restaurant or hospitality, Customer service, Call centers, Automotive sales, Real estate, Recruiting, Construction, Fitness, Education, Military, Entrepreneurship, Other commission-based sales environments. If you can communicate with people, follow a process, handle rejection, and consistently put in the work, you can learn insurance sales.
