About The Position

Start a career in insurance with hands-on training and licensing support. This role welcomes motivated candidates who are not yet licensed, as well as newly licensed producers. You will learn our products, sales process, customer-service standards, and agency systems while working toward the Nevada Property & Casualty license required for producer duties. Candidates who are not yet licensed will not perform activities that require an insurance license until all applicable licensing and appointment requirements are satisfied. Continued employment in the producer track may depend on obtaining and maintaining required licenses. Advantixx Insurance is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

• No insurance license is required to apply.
• Commitment and ability to obtain the required Nevada insurance license within the agency’s expected timeframe.
• Strong communication, customer-service, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and coachable.
• Comfortable learning new systems and working toward measurable goals.

Nice To Haves

• Sales, customer service, banking, real estate, healthcare, or other client-facing experience is helpful but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned licensing preparation and training.
• Learn to identify customer needs and explain appropriate insurance solutions clearly.
• Contact and professionally follow up with agency-provided leads and prospective customers.
• Support quote preparation and customer conversations under appropriate supervision and within licensing rules.
• Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and customer records in agency systems.
• Build lasting customer relationships and generate referrals.
• Meet training, activity, service, and sales expectations as you progress.
• After required licensing and appointments are complete, quote and sell eligible Auto, Home, Renters, Business, Life, and other insurance products.
