As an Independent Insurance Sales Producer, you will work with multiple top-rated insurance carriers to provide customized personal lines insurance solutions while building long-term client relationships. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of insurance industry experience required
  • Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
  • Insurance sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced sales environment

  • Build relationships with prospects and clients through phone, email, networking, and referrals
  • Generate new business opportunities and grow your sales pipeline
  • Educate clients on personalized Personal Lines Insurance solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to retain and expand client relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
