Requirements
- Sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Generate quotes and present coverage options.
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and marketing opportunities.
- Cross-sell and round out existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency growth goals.
