About The Position

AAA Central Penn is seeking a high-energy, goal-driven Insurance Sales Agent for their office located in the Giant grocery store on Linglestown Road. This role focuses on protecting people's lives, homes, pets, and peace of mind by selling personalized insurance solutions. The position offers a competitive hourly rate plus commission, with top performers averaging over $100K annually. For candidates not yet licensed, AAA provides paid training and exam support.

Responsibilities

• Sell personalized insurance solutions to protect customers.
• Educate and advise customers by quoting and explaining auto, home, life, pet, and other personal insurance products.
• Generate and convert leads through various channels including member referrals, inbound calls, walk-ins, internet inquiries, and proactive prospecting.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, nurturing leads through the sales process.
• Complete at least 50+ prospecting calls per week.
• Achieve and exceed performance goals and sales metrics, including a 33%+ closing ratio.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional AAA products and services.
