Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic ACG branch. Leverage proven sales methodologies and insurance expertise to uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, and grow ACG’s insurance portfolio. Consistently overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales while maintaining long-term client relationships. Drive performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations aligned with branch and company goals. Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions; quote, bind, and issue policies in accordance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements. Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients to ensure high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in the AAA brand. Respond to customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and urgency across insurance, membership, and financial products. Identify and execute cross-sell and referral opportunities into Travel and Financial Services lines of business to maximize overall member value.
