The role also involves overcoming objections, negotiating, closing sales, and maintaining long-term client relationships, while driving performance by meeting sales targets and incentive plan expectations. Comprehensive insurance reviews, quoting, binding, and issuing policies are key responsibilities, as is engaging in local branch and community events for prospecting and networking. Building strong rapport with members and clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and trust in the AAA brand is essential. Responding to customer inquiries across insurance, membership, and financial products with professionalism and urgency, and identifying cross-sell and referral opportunities into Travel and Financial Services are also part of the role.
