Requirements

  • No felony convictions; able to pass a background check.
  • Willing to obtain a state life insurance license (we’ll guide you through the process if you’re not licensed yet).
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic — motivated to earn based on your effort.
  • Good communication skills and comfortable talking with clients over the phone or online.
  • Open to learning, coaching, and attending virtual training sessions via Zoom.
  • Comfortable working from home and managing your own schedule.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Work with exclusive, high-intent leads — no cold calling or chasing clients.
  • Meet with clients virtually or by phone to understand their needs and suggest life insurance solutions.
  • Help individuals and families protect their finances while earning performance-based commissions.
  • Follow a proven sales system that’s easy to learn and designed to support growth.
  • Manage your own schedule and guide clients through the application process for a smooth experience.
  • Build positive relationships with clients by providing support and educating them on policy options.
  • Participate in training, mentorship calls, and team sessions to learn and grow professionally.
