About The Position
ACA is seeking motivated Insurance Sales Agents to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to sell through multiple insurance carriers and access a large member base for lead generation. We offer a sales-focused environment with dedicated support teams, the chance to build your own book of business, and earn renewal income. Top performers are rewarded with company-paid incentive trips. This is an in-office position located in Dover, DE, requiring candidates to reside within a commutable distance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
- Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and Life License within 60 days of hire.
- Ability to learn new computer programs & multi-task.
- Must reside within a commutable distance from our Dover, DE office.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including personal lines, small commercial, and life insurance.
- Establish strong customer and community relationships to develop leads and referrals.
- Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters.
