Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals
  • A coachable mindset and willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generating new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
  • Conducting client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend the right coverage
  • Selling and cross-selling insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and policy reviews
  • Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets, contributing to overall agency success
  • Staying informed on product knowledge and compliance standards
  • Using CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and monitor policy renewals
  • Participating in team meetings and sales strategy sessions
