Requirements

  • Sales focused mindset—prioritizing results and customer relationships

  • Driven, coachable, and eager to learn
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and conduct outreach to prospective clients
  • Assess customer needs and recommend tailored insurance products
  • Present and sell Farmers Insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business lines
  • Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional client service
  • Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance standards
  • Utilize agency tools and systems to track sales activity and manage follow-ups
