About The Position

AAA Club Alliance is seeking motivated Insurance Sales Agents to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to sell through multiple insurance carriers and access leads from millions of AAA members. We provide a supportive environment with dedicated Customer Service & Policy Retention teams, allowing you to build your book of business and earn renewal income. Commission is earned from the first policy sold, with no baseline requirement for commission eligibility. The base compensation ranges from $45,000 to $52,000 annually, with potential first-year earnings of $60,000 - $80,000 through uncapped commission. Top performers can also qualify for exclusive annual sales trips and incentives. This is an in-office position located in Freehold, NJ, requiring candidates to reside within a commutable distance.

Requirements

Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Freehold, NJ office.
2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and Life License within 60 days of hire.
Ability to learn new computer programs & multi-task.
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
Offering an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
Establish strong customer and community relationships to help develop additional leads and referrals.
Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters.
