This role focuses on protecting people's lives, homes, pets, and peace of mind by selling personalized insurance solutions. The position offers a competitive hourly rate plus commission, with top performers averaging over $100K annually. For those not yet licensed, AAA Central Penn provides paid training and exam support. Responsibilities

• Sell personalized insurance solutions to help customers protect what matters most.
• Educate and advise customers by quoting and explaining auto, home, life, pet, and other personal insurance products.
• Generate and convert leads through AAA member referrals, inbound calls, walk-ins, internet inquiries, and proactive prospecting.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, nurturing leads through the sales process.
• Complete at least 50+ prospecting calls per week.
• Achieve and exceed performance goals and sales metrics, including a 33%+ closing ratio.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional AAA products and services.
