Insurance Sales Agent
About The Position
We are seeking motivated Insurance Sales Agents to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to sell through multiple insurance carriers and access leads from millions of AAA members. We offer company-paid incentive trips for top performers and a dedicated Customer Service & Policy Retention team to support you. You will also have the chance to build your book of business and earn renewal income. The primary duties include identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate insurance products, offering a range of personal lines, small commercial, and life insurance products, and establishing strong customer and community relationships to generate leads and referrals. You will also maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters.
Requirements
- This is an in-office position. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Dover, DE office.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics
- Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and Life License within 60 days of hire
- Ability to learn new computer programs & multi-task
Responsibilities
