About The Position

The Insurance Sales Agent position at AAA Club Alliance (ACA) involves selling various insurance products, including personal lines, small commercial, and life insurance, to AAA members. Agents are expected to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and build strong customer and community relationships to generate leads and referrals. The role also requires maintaining partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters. ACA is a large organization serving nearly 7.4 million members across 13 states and Washington D.C., committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and supporting its associates with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities. This is an in-office position located in Cincinnati, OH.

Requirements

  • Reside within a commutable distance from our Cincinnati, OH - Western Hills office
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics
  • Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads
  • Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and Life License within 60 days of hire
  • Ability to learn new computer programs & multi-task
