Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Customer-facing experience in retail, banking, hospitality, customer service, or similar industries is highly valued
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, and email
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing with our support

Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective and existing customers to identify their insurance needs
  • Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and other insurance products
  • Conduct policy reviews to uncover coverage gaps and recommend solutions
  • Follow up with leads and referral opportunities
  • Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
  • Educate customers on coverage options and help them make informed decisions
  • Deliver outstanding service while growing agency revenue
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
