About The Position

First Community Insurance Agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Insurance Representative to provide exceptional service to members. The representative works directly with members to understand their needs and provide solutions, supporting policy service and assisting Insurance Advisors with administrative and client-related tasks.

• Willingness to complete all training provided by First Community Insurance Agency.
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Property & Casualty License within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with members through inbound calls and in-person meetings.
• Address service concerns, document client requests, and update policies as needed.
• Refer member requests for additional products or services to licensed representatives.
• Manage daily carrier downloads to the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate member records.
• Stay updated about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products.
• Assist Insurance Advisors by gathering information, completing applications, contacting clients, and performing data entry.
