About The Position

The role involves responding promptly to inbound leads, providing accurate quotes for business insurance products, and guiding customers through policy options. The goal is to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards and collaborating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and policy issuance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of higher education past high school diploma.
• Previous experience in insurance sales or strong customer service background.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Active P&C license is preferred but not required.
