Responsibilities include data entry, processing transactions not enabled by broker self-service (e.g., letters of experience, returned mail, cancellations) in accordance with underwriting guidelines, and assessing risk for lower complexity scenarios. The role also involves consulting with escalation contacts for transactions outside established authority levels and referring scenarios with all pertinent information and a documented business case.
