About The Position

This role involves responding to a high volume of inbound leads from small business owners who are actively seeking insurance coverage. The representative will educate customers on their insurance options, guide them through compliant solutions, and deliver accurate quotes to close sales using a consultative approach. The position requires meeting or exceeding performance goals while providing exceptional service and partnering with internal teams for smooth onboarding and policy issuance. Requirements

• Sales, customer service, or call-center experience (insurance experience a plus, not required)
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-comfortable
• Willingness to obtain licensing with company support
