About The Position

ERGO NEXT's mission is to help entrepreneurs thrive. We’re doing that by building the only technology-led, full-stack provider of small business insurance in the industry, taking on the entire value chain and transforming the customer experience. Since 2016, we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of small business customers across the United States get fast, customized and affordable coverage. We’re backed by industry leaders in insurance and tech, and we still have room to grow — that’s where you come in. We’re looking for an Insurance Product Manager to help grow and evolve our Commercial Property and Inland Marine business. You’ll operate as a business owner for our insurance products—identifying growth opportunities, improving profitability, shaping product strategy, and turning ideas into market-ready solutions. At NEXT, insurance product managers build. You’ll stay close to both implementation and business results. We hire insurance product managers at multiple levels. Level and scope will reflect your experience, prior ownership, and demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes.
