The Supplemental Benefits Operations (SBO) team within Humana’s Enterprise Growth organization manages Medicare Mandatory Supplemental Benefits (MSBs) that meaningfully shape member experience, operational performance, and regulatory outcomes. This role serves as a Principal Individual Contributor and the Director’s primary thought partner and execution lead for the Humana Spending Account Card, a highly strategic, member centric supplemental benefit. Location: strong preference for Louisville, KY but open to remote Reporting to the Director of Supplemental Benefits Operations, this role translates strategy into execution—supporting the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of the Spending Account Card across its full lifecycle. The Principal operates with a high degree of autonomy, leading complex bodies of work, influencing cross‑functional teams, and serving as a recognized subject‑matter expert—while remaining aligned to the Director’s strategic direction and priorities. This position partners closely with product development, operations, technology, compliance, finance, analytics, and external vendors to ensure benefit solutions are compliant, operationally sound, scalable, and continuously improving.
