About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and tailored financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and support while building a business and client base serving educators. The role offers a multi-line product portfolio, established books of business, and resources to connect with prospective clients. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions, uncapped earnings, monthly incentives and quarterly production bonuses during the first 36 months, as well as a sign-on bonus and other incentive opportunities.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
