About The Position
As an Insurance Producer Associate, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice. The agency staff opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Co.; but rather employment as a staff member with Allstate Exclusive Agents, who are independent contractors.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in outbound/inbound sales with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- A relentless drive for results, competitive spirit, and passion for prospecting and winning new business.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop lasting client relationships.
- Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
- Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior insurance experience is a strong asset but not required for the right sales hunter.
- College Degree is preferred but not required
