About The Position

As a Insurance Operations New Associate, you will build knowledge and support the group while actively participating in problem solving discussions. This role embraces the essence of Customer Service, inviting you to engage with enthusiasm and dedication.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in customer service in a professional environment
  • High School Diploma/GED in relevant field of studies.
  • Able to work with sense of urgency to support client directed tasks
  • Onsite presence required for standard working hours of 8am CT – 5pm CT, Monday – Friday
  • Must be flexible to work daily overtime including some Saturdays based on business need
  • Ability to use multiple systems / applications at one time
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent reading comprehension and organizational skills with minimal supervision
  • Effective time management skills are essential to ensure the timely completion of all assigned tasks

Responsibilities

  • Mail Handling: opening, sorting, logging
  • Handling incoming and outgoing checks
  • Capturing images by scanning mail with Kodak equipment
  • Ensuring accuracy through quality control and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly move from one task to another with a sense of urgency and not losing sight of attention to detail
  • Troubleshooting printers and other office equipment
  • Data entry via Outlook, Word, Excel and other apps and tools as needed
  • Filing and retrieving company records
  • Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months’ experience in customer service in a professional environment
