About The Position

As an Insurance Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in delivering client support for our Large Casualty operational functions. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to support policy issuance, manage account activity, and help drive operational efficiency. You’ll be responsible for coordinating submission setup, analyzing account details, tracking business activity, and assisting with system monitoring and issue resolution. Your ability to stay organized and manage multiple time-sensitive priorities will be essential as you support business operations with precision and accuracy. Strong communication skills will allow you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, follow up on critical information, and deliver a high standard of customer service. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are critical, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within insurance operations. This position is classified as Non-Exempt under federal wage and hour laws. As such, you will be required to clock in and out for all hours worked and will be eligible for overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a given workweek.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn and navigate systems and supporting applications.
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred, preferably in a business-related field or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting insurance operations or policy lifecycle processes.
  • Insurance designations or progress toward industry certifications.
  • Exposure to account servicing, underwriting support, or policy administration functions.
