About The Position

As an Insurance Operations Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting prospective and renewal accounts throughout the policy life cycle. You will help ensure that account servicing is accurate, timely, and aligned with established procedures and customer standards. In this role, you will manage tasks such as submission set-up, account analysis, reporting and tracking of written business and assigned work items, while also monitoring system issues and assisting with testing resolutions. You will communicate professionally with internal and external customers, follow up to obtain information needed for policy issuance, and provide service consistent with department standards. Success in this position requires you to effectively manage shifting priorities and multiple time-sensitive assignments while confidently navigating systems and supporting applications. This position is classified as Non-Exempt under federal wage and hour laws. As such, you will be required to clock in and out for all hours worked and will be eligible for overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a given workweek.

Requirements

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite at an intermediate skill level
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple time-sensitive projects with varying deadlines
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers and provide timely follow-up
  • Strong capability in the utilization of systems and supporting applications
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
