About The Position

Has a working knowledge of the admissions, pre-certification, certification, verification and the billing process required by payer source. This working knowledge includes practicing effective “customer relations” and performs all functions using organizational and priority setting skills.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of current medical terminology.
• Excellent telephone skills and computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of effective problem solving techniques.
• Knowledge of the pre-certification, certification and verification processes.
